Of course there are a lot of commonalities also. Needless to mention, that 6 billion keeps changing, when people keep passing away and new ones are born. This is an ongoing evolutionary process.

For different individuals, the score of each house could be less or more than 28. The 7 primary planets, Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn, are constantly in transit.
